Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Zelal piece. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed immediately
Cash on Delivery orders: if a refund applies, it will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed with our team.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
